This protocol launches when you add the "issue of palliative care medication" code. It allows you to create both district nurse forms and standardised prescriptions.

This template is an enhancement of the EMIS template, It now calculates the score. Included is a revised Older Persons Mental Health Referral Form incorporating the Six Item CIT score.

DOAC Safety Alert

These protocols run a DOAC safety check looking for an up to date eGFR. If this is low it encourages a CrCl calculation to ensure safe doses of medication are being prescribed
